Thank you such Dr Mike for these videos. I recently found you and am so grateful. I suffer anxiety and depression after losing my mom three years ago and a lot of other rough things, affected my ability to sleep. So thank you from the firdt tomw this week having hesdd yiyr voice i have slept better for the first time in a very long tome. Thanks all the way from ireland 🇮🇪 🙌
