you should provide a ballpark of what your median household income should look like for these properties and expected credit, or other relevant (minimal qualification) thing. Cuz if we go by the 3x income rule of thumb, then your household income should be near 660k for a 2million home. Or if 33% of gross income should max out what a mortgage would be, then it is well above that. That is in the 99.5+% percentile of households. It is nice to see the neighborhoods tho.

My community college didn’t waive squat 😂oh you have disability? Oh you’re 100% disabled, well guess what? You’re paying for 100% tuition because that’s a lot of money lmao I can’t even tell schools I’m disabled or they’ll give me zero financial aid.

I make a 160k/year in Bellevue, and I can't afford to buy any home in Redmond, Bellevue, Renton, Snohomish, Lake Stevens or really any of the surrounding areas. Traffic is insane every day, even on weekends, it can take you over an hour to drive from Bellevue to Redmond. Unless you have a REALLY good reason to live there, I would not recommend it.

I grew up in Edmonds, WA and used to go to Lynnwood and the description is accurate. Edmonds has that community feel to it while Lynnwood is pretty commercialized and lacks the community feel.

My grandparents lived there before there were bridges. My cousin still lives there. He hates it. Crime increasing. He was beat up in his driveway.

I live in Washington State, here's an UPDATE: ALL taxes are way too high; gas prices are the highest in the country; this a progressive/communist state and therefore crime is out of control, cost of living is very high, shootings everyday in King, Pierce, Thurston, etc. counties and elsewhere; road rage is a daily event. Washington State is a lumber capital yet the cost of home construction is out of reach for most residents. Competition for 'living-wage' jobs is extremely high so expect to wait at least 6 months (or as long as 18 months +) to land that job. Traffic is horrendous 24/7 due to the number of people who have moved here. High population has drove up prices on everything and lowered the standard of living for all Washington State residents. Example: a run-down shack of a home goes for $450,000 or more!!! Which is why the homeless population has grown exponentially over the last few years. Developers and politicians are destroying the natural beauty and displacing the wild life of Washington State in order to build large apartment complexes with no end in site...it's heartbreaking!!! DON'T MOVE TO WASHINGTON STATE!!!! We do not need anymore population growth!
