How did you determine the dimensions of the diagrams? Can you tell me where I can find the theory behind it?
@chandrakantkanetkar20279 ай бұрын
I determined the dimensions by drawing the layout to keep it easy and simple . I provided for adjustable pendulum teeth ( i.e. two small metal strips ) which enable fine adjustment of the length required .Thanks .

HOW TO PLAY COLNNET game (14 June 2021) # The rules of the COINNET game are really very simple and easy to follow. Let us say there are four players (Player 1,2,3 and 4 ).Their strikers are white, orange, black and green coin respectively.The red coin is the Queen. # To start with, all the five coins are placed in their respective HOMEs. Player 1 has the opening strike with the white striker and he can score points in the following ways: (1) Pockets Queen ( +3 points ) (2) Hits (or brushes ) Queen and pockets his own striker (+3 points ) (3) Pockets any coin ( other than Queen ) ( +2 points ) (4) Hits (or brushes ) any coin (other than Queen ) and pockets his own striker (+2 points ) (5) Hits (or brushes ) any two coins on the board (+2 points ) (6) Multiple score : If the player accomplishes two or more events of (1) to (5) above in one stroke, the scores of all the events add up The player loses his strike and strike goes the next player if : (7)The striker goes to the pocket without touching any other coin (minus 2 points penalty) (8) The player fails to score any points ( zero Points ) # When the strike goes to next player, he plays with his striker coin with the same end position of coins on the board left by the previous player & follows steps (1) to (8). # Each player keeps count of his score aloud or by noting on a paper NOTE 1 :: If any coin goes to the pocket or jumps off the board, it is IMMEDIATELY placed in its HOME position. Thus there are always all the 5 coins on the board during the game. NOTE 2 :: The game continues with the last position of coins on the board without any rearrangement during the entire game. NOTE 3 :: The position of the players around the board is of no significance since all the 360 deg of the board are available to every player ( as the board is fully rotatable). *** You are free to have your own set of rules suitable to the age group, to make the COINNET game full of fun and more interesting !!!

You are not the first who has shown this type of simple sixlegged walking robot but you explained it in a very simple and good mode. Now it's easy to built it. Thanx! I think if there where two motors, some feelers and a little electronics the robot can walk in different directions or turn around.

Great video sir! I am planning to make this model for my kid. Just have few questions - 1. What should be the height of the main frame and the arms? I could see the length subdivisions for each arm part and the main frame, but couldn't gather the height of those parts. 2. How to make the crank pin? What material should we use?
@chandrakantkanetkar20274 жыл бұрын
Height of the main frame is 25 mm and arms are 10 mm in height. I made the crank pin by cutting a nail having appx 4mm diameter. I used MDF board 2mm thick for the crank. You may use suitable alternatives . You are welcome for any questions ! email: [email protected]
