The Manuka Honey line from Shea Moisture is my favorite line. Although I haven’t used Shea Moisture in quite some time I want to try their new Amla line.

Olive oil pre poo can add moisture / soften the hair. You apply it after softening your hair with sprayed distilled (warm) water. I would recommend letting it sit for 1-2 hrs or checking your hair at certain times. Your hair is beautiful btw.

On my your hair is super thick the clarify shampoo from VO 5 is it good where you go the deep conditioner from ❤😊❤

I'm using mine as I'm watching, someone brought this up and likely I have all the ingredients. I incorporated flexed seed gel, aloe vera gel fenugreek seed, and my oat. I love the consistency after I added my essential oil though I didn't know I could boil the aloe vera with the oat. Thank you, next time I'm gonna try it if it goes well ❤❤❤❤

I do this with water and glycerine. After I put a bag on before I put on my scarf for the night to protect my pillow and sheets and to allow my hair time to absorb the shea butter. When I take it down in the morning it's so soft and hydrated 😊
