I like my wave and braids. My hair is natural but I never wear it in its natural state. I am learning how to style my natural hair to start wearing it without weave and extensions.

I love getting braids in the summertime! But this past August I noticed that I developed a bald spot in the front when I took them out. That has me second guessing my next summer style

Listen to this podcast. Give your loved ones support and a safe place to heal from truma. We never know what someone has been through. Pam, please continue to let others know they are not the only one.

Dr. Pamala + Maryann are so brave to share their stories! As a survivor myself, I know it can be scary to speak on personal trauma in a public setting. Our mission with the podcast is to create that safe space. Thank you for listening and sharing!

This is brilliant. I had the benefit of taking a personal development course which included etiquette classes. I was terribly shy, soft spoken with sincere social anxiety. Afterwards, I found myself to be much more comfortable in social settings as well as confident in the workplace. A lady can go anywhere and remain a lady.

Everything said is spot on and I appreciate the tips for a more successful day. I've been saying for years that lots of people are mostly on the go to make them "sound busy" so they don't seem boaring. There needs to be a mix.

Mindset is such a big problem for small business owners. As a finance director I hear time and time again concerns about how bad it will be and people asking me if their business can survive. Yes it will be difficult, but running a business is always difficult. So instead I work with them to try and spot the unique and lucrative opportunities that are about to be put in front of them. This has giving me some ideas for a video I am creating on this topic, thanks for the inspiration
