Here you go! Ingredients: 1/4 tsp saffron 1 tbs salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp turmeric 1/4 tsp cayenne 1/2 tsp sumac 1/2 tsp paprika Juice of 2 limes 1/4 cup mayo 1/4 cup 4 lbs chicken (breasts/drumsticks/wings) 1 onion Directions: 1. Add the saffron to a small dish with boiling water, stir and allow to settle for 5-10 minutes 2. Add the seasonings, mayo, olive oil and lime juice to a medium sized bowl and whisk until fully combined. 3. Slice the onion into halves, then thirds. Pour the marinade mixture into a large bowl with a lid then add the chicken and onion. With gloved hands, mix everything together to fully coat. Put the lid back on and place into the fridge for 24 hours or longer. 4. After the chicken is done marinating, prepare your preferred cooking method (we used a Ninjafoodi indoor grill) preheat the grill to 450°F and cook for 14-16 minutes or until the inside of the chicken is 165°F. 5. Serve with tahdig (recipe coming soon) or white rice, salad Shirazi, mast-o-khiar, or roasted tomatoes. Sprinkle sumac over top!

Full recipe is here: 1 cup sushi rice 1.5 cups water 1.5 tbs rice vinegar 1 tbs sugar 1 tsp salt 3 cans @safecatchfoods salmon 2 tbs soy sauce or coconut aminos 1 tsp honey 1 clove garlic 2 green onions, sliced 2 tbs mayo (optional: spicy mayo) 2 tbs cream cheese Topping: Furikake (seaweed + sesame seeds) More Spicy Mayo Eel sauce or teriyaki sauce Sesame seeds Scallions Sliced jalapeños sliced Avocado 1. Preheat oven to 400F 2. Rinse the sushi rice and then add it to a pot with the water. Bring to a boil and then reduce to simmer. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed. 3. Remove from the stove and add in the rice vinegar, salt, and sugar. Set aside. 4. While the rice cooks, add the canned salmon and remaining ingredients to a bowl, stirring to combine. 5. In a 9x9 baking dish, scoop and flatten the rice to make a base layer. Then add the salmon mixture on top. Drizzle on spicy mayo and teriyaki sauce before transferring to the oven to bake for 10 minutes + 2-3 minutes on broil. 6. Once done, top with more furikake, sauce, scallions, avocado and jalapeños. 7. Refrigerate the leftovers and warm in the oven or microwave to reheat.

Ingredients: - 1 cup coconut sugar (sub white sugar) - 2 tbs culinary grade dried lavender buds - 1 cup water Instructions: - in a small sauce pan, add the water and lavender buds and bring to a boil. - Add the coconut sugar and allow to simmer for 15 minutes - Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 15 minutes - 1 hour depending on how strong you’d like your syrup - Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the mixture through the strainer into a container to store the syrup in to remove all the remaining lavender bits. - Keep the syrup on the counter for a week or in the fridge for up to a month to enjoy in tea or coffee!☕️
