Refraction is a false claim. and NO, the burden of proof is on the sphere, since we have fake photos, a Catholic religious push of a idea that has no evidence. This video shows that there is no refraction for few reasons.: !. The platform in front of the horizon. 2. the location of them are confirmed with google and range finder distance. 3. There is no such refraction of upwards imagery. Refraction CAN be a faint image that is seen through, and shifts in position independent from horizon, and its not UP, its projecting downward, not above. Also, this refraction is something done in a lab, and not even seen in nature. And if it were, an the earth was the sphere and size, you would not see it, as its projected below.

While i was going to the airport to pickup my sister, i recorded this on the Tung Chung Line before i interchanged to S1 bus at Tung Chung Terminal. It just so happens that the same time i was recording, they were scrapping a carriage. I dont think theres any videos of M train getting scrapped at Siu Ho Wan Depot as in cut in half by crane and lifted up. After i went back home via Airport Express with my sister the half carriage you saw was misssing, because it was sent away to River Trade Terminal. Date of recording: 02-01-2024(DDMMYYYY format)

Hmm I see numerous problems with the flat Earth "model" shown by Eric Dubay. The view through the lens is of only the central portion magnified. The lens acts to refract the incoming light towards the center. The illuminated portion is smaller and slightly differently shaped to the shape seen in the view from outside the lens. Plotting the illumination using the visible continents on an undistorted AE map reveals this. The spotlight for June appears to be achieved by bringing the tiny light close to the bottom edge of the lens. The resulting spot is close to the edge and away from the center. So in June the North Pole would be in darkness. Similarly in December the dark spot is over towards the edge and the North Pole is in full illumination which is exactly opposite to reality. The spot demo also has a visible internal reflection occurring with the "Sun" and the ground light being duplicated in the opposite portion of the view although much dimmer than the ditrect view. I think this is an internal reflection off the bottom of the lens. I suspect this reflecting surface is necessary to stretch the illumination around the back but is not present in reality. The ring around the edge in the December view doesn't extend to the very edge of the lens. Also it is much dimmer than the central spot. I think this is due to that illumination being from the total internal reflection occurring on a ring of lens surface where the light rays from the central spot of light reflect and are then subsequently partially reflected back down further along the Lens surface. I think this will give an apparent huge dim ring light of a Sun for the portions in secondary illumination.
