I don't know if you mean this video. The first time you visit Duga you enter the outskirts and hold your ground until reinforcements arrive. When they do Faust appears and you must retreat so you can get a device to combat his double illusion.

Start at min 48:00 of part 32 after we secured the checkpoint the door to the tunnel was just open for me you may need to reload a previous save.

Yes I'm having an awesome time now! In the beginning I was trying to play it like COD and once you slow down and start playing more tactical it makes a lot more sense. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Pretty much. There are a few slight variations, also toward the end game they get an agro buff if not killed quickly. The game is definitely more narrative driven than focused on character design.
