Are the striker at the left or right side of the screen? Is it showing you what is directly under it? Or does is screen in a range? If so how do you know the fish is behind or before the sonar? Thanks

It’s looking straight down in a cone shape the deeper the water the bigger the cone it can see
@KTMB-xi4tnАй бұрын
So when you see a fish on the screen how do you determine what direction of that cone to cast towards (if center is the bobber )and what distance from said center. I’ve got one it’s a nice toy can’t find the potential to use it as a tool though

@@KTMB-xi4tn Hi I use it to find where the fish are and there depth thanks for watching

Do you find the lure retrieval notch gets caught on vegetation in the water? I’ve had lots of people tell me it’s more trouble than it’s worth

We are going camping to massasoit park next month and would do some fishing there. As a novice, no idea on what lures to use or bring some bait? Would love your insight on this.

Try out the lunkerhunt spider (bigger size)....there are days they won't touch the frog, but will crush the spider

I store my rods in the hull, and the reels are right before the big lip on the open side. Do you think this tray will hit the reels, or do you think it would be clear of them?

Nice fish bro on a lipless crankbait. Would highly recommend holding them by the tail in the pond until they regain their strength and kick out from your hand. Just a suggestion, nice to see her released.

Seeing those state pins reminds me of my dad's hat which had so many pins his hat would start to sink when it blew off his head, HILARIOUS!!! My dad had to his name 18 over 7lbs. and 3 over 8lbs. Biggest was 8lb. 8oz. out of Tispaquin back in "83'. That was the golden age of SLOBS!!!

Weather for December looks like spring, beautiful. Few decent days in February here in Southeastern MA have spit a few largies and quite a few pickerel recently.

Many TANKS back in the 80's and 90's in old Snippy. I used to host Tournaments in my dad's memory there in the late 90's early 2000's. Great times!!! Black pond which connects is where we would launch and have the weigh in. Black pond had MANY SLOBS as well. PHENOMENAL MEMORIES. State used to stock Northern pike in there way back when. My dad had one over 11lbs. in "87". Bonus as a kid was watching the sea planes taking off and landing, good stuff!!!

Enjoy your vids bro, I'm from New Bedford and have enjoyed fishing Southeastern, MA for decades, especially with my dad! You fish some of the great lakes we have fished through the years. I have a tribute vid in honor of my dad on my channel if you want to check it out. I know you fish Snipatuit and in that vid is an 11-pound pike he caught back in '87' years after they stocked it. I once lost a MONSTER pike in there back in the day, broke the rod at the reel seat on the hook set, SICK!!! Don't think there in there any more. Those were the days. Keep up the good work and hope to see you out there some day.

Using angle iron, square tubing (doubled), treated lumber with a wider base is needed and using 2 T-bolts per side would make it more stable. Building up area where bolting (just over the channel) would work without separate spacers needed. Good overall plan and great advice! Thanks

So what do you carry in the backpack that makes it so heavy, but you are happy to leave out of the fanny pack? To me, that fancy pack is just a touch too small...I have a small sling pack for the same thing, but even with that I have to be brutal about what I leave out and what I take...Depending on the weather, possibly a lightly loaded fishing vest might be an even better solution although a bit more expensive.
