You are correct. It's not a Vostok. I own several and they are only available from Russia uness you find a pre owned on ebay. They are also easily identifiable. Do you still ave your Seiko Turtle?

I guess EFV-100 is discontinued now. I’ve EFV-140 (its bigger brother) in the same color. I’ve also ordered EFV-100 in white and black dials (I guess the remaining ones) being sold for $45 here in India.

I have exactly like this one and its a JDM model ("Water Resist 20 Bar" written on the dial instead WR200M) but only comes in rubber strap. I change it to aftermarket oyster style bracelet and now its a very nice looking watch. 😃
