I ran up and down it with my girl in six hours in December the dry season and getting to the top, we could look down on the clouds which was amazing! I would recommend anyone to do that if they have the balls, I was sure we went over six tributary rivers on the way up but crossed 12 on the way down but thankfully we made it to the car park. There were reports of more UK fellows getting completely lost around the same time in that area 🤯 I’ll re-read that tomorrow and fix any text problems 🤯

December is the wet season up here so it would have been most definitely covered in leeches and clouds, 6hrs is good time!

Hi, how can i apply for a job like this ?
@georgekoukouris2 жыл бұрын
There are backpacker job boards you can find similar jobs and also on Facebook groups dedicated to backpackers and backpacker jobs
@mattiatanzi16122 жыл бұрын
Thanks. Because many of them are drilling jobs. Your job seems better. What should i search for ? Exploration mining ?
@georgekoukouris2 жыл бұрын
Well this is mining exploration so if you look for something like "mining exploration field assistant" or similar and you should find some jobs postings. There's a few people posting similar jobs on Facebook but it's a bit tricky to find them.

Is there any issue of climate change in the Granite Belt? I heard that the climate in Australia, especially the eastern part of the island continent, is very severe, like flooding, drought, storms, etc.
