i live in kingsport and my great grandma shops there all the time just yesterday i rode that elevator and she's a bit rough now and the escalators r broken the also tore down the elevator in the mall itself and put in a crappy thyssenkrupp that runs like garbage but overall its a good elevator in belk also did u know those motgomerys r maintained by otis elevators and there is a motgomery freight elevator in the back i asked and rode it with the manager

I think these elevators are pretty cool. Honestly I never knew this ride had an elevator to get up to it until I discovered it on the minecraft Magic Kingdom DLC, they even added in the Otis chime when you reach your floor on that Minecraft DLC.
