That Horn is not available on Trainsim.com it was packaged with the Seligman Sub Route (BNSF version for MSTS not the Open Rails version)

@@SevenXNinja I found the cars; though i am having a hard time with installing the mod. I read the instructions; though the packagesetup is having issues. so do you just activate that and that's it pretty. Apologized for asking this.
