Ok, first of all: I need to know, has anyone cashed in on that free golf & hotel night stay you mentioned 😜? And, second love that you all went through scheduling your whole golf day (including Kyle, mentioning he needed to work around his haircut ) on the air😂. In all seriousness, that was great for your audience to see how creating content is conceptualized. And love the authenticity! We all live in the real world, and that was a real world example, so thank you for that!

Great info. Just Fyi, its called 'turn down' not turn over. It originates from going into a room in the evening, removing the bed spread and 'turning down' the sheets on one corner of the bed . 'Turn over' is actually a housekeeping term in reference to a room that has a check out and check in on the same day.

I appreciate this insight. We definitely already implement many of the suggestions you made here. Personal connection is our specialty. Unfortunately, we "upgraded" to booking system with more bells & whistles & that is actually RUINING my Summer bookings. It showed all 8 of my rooms as booked online if 1 room booked...ugh nightmare!!!
