Turn the key cycle the key 10 times and it should reset temporarily fix .don't turn the vehicle on just the key off on 10 times

Yes it is a capacitor issue ..they just have to change it under the rear seat. It was a defective batch . The GM dealership should have a service bulletin on this.

So I went to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle they ordered a new radio they said that would fix the problem , I will keep you guys posted see what happens and they were fairly quick on ordering the radio they call me today so I will be taking my Dinali Monday

I just had this problem and took my truck in. They had to run and clear the lock down and charged me $150.00 for dealers time. GM would not warranty it and I was stuck with it. They said bad fluid or low fluid can cause it. I have a monitor on my truck so I can fill it before it gets to 50%

James Knight no this should be covered by GM. Its a known issue and there is a TSB out there regarding this.

Hi James sorry for the delay. I did not check this video or comments and didn't know if anyone even watched it. But I added the TSB link. I talked to GMC yesterday and they sid its covered completely. THey have to refund the charges as per law. You can call Faulkner GMC in Philadelphia to confirm . Thank You

Hey Brandon, this is an issue with an amplifier burnt under the rear seat. It happened with a batch of amplifiers and cables that came from Yazaki. Send me your email address and I will send you the error codes and you can show it to your dealer and get it fixed right away. It took them a month to figure out my issue.
