This would be impossible with how I cook omlettes. Given the same number of eggs, mine are thicker and fluffier. However, I like mine with a darker base and I always cook them in cast iron. Edit: Also, TBF, I've never tried to do a plain omelette. Mine always have a variety of toppings and are lightly grilled on top before folding.
