In short axis when you see the multipennate susbcapularis structure with tendon digits and muscle in between why does it often show lesser tuberosity there? isn't the distal insertion supposed to be pure tendon body? Where is the cutoff for the pure tendon and the musculotendinious portion?

Whay not injection in radio-lunatum or capito-lunatum joint instead ? And one more thing, do you make sure, not to ( unnecessary) puncure an extensor tendon wenn approaching the joint capsule in plane longitudinally ?

If I have a seroma in the lower ab region constant over a year and even after draining it with needle keeps coming over and over then would it be instead a ML lesion? For the last 5 months the color of the fluid is blackish and not that I got clear as in the early stages when drained. Again this week around 35CC was taken out and even after using compression garment again 2 days later I got again 15cc out so will this eventually dry out or indeed would require surgical removal of this?

Best doctor in whole mumbai for traumatic injuries. He knows well about ml lesions. Lots of doctor mis diagnose this lesion as heamatoma.
