Never. EVER. Get tested. If you’re sick. You know you’re sick. Be an adult if sick and take care of yourself without exposing others when you’re ill. If you’re ‘quarantining’ any differently whether it’s the flu, cold, or Cvd.. ask yourself why? None of these tests are accurate. NEVER GET TESTED. Always remember that.

So a 'C' result means negative and presumably, 'T' means positive. Any explanation of why C and T are used rather than - and +?

The "C" is for control line and "T" for test line. These come straight from the manufacturer and we have no control over labeling. :)

Control means "Control", it's to show that the test is properly working. T means "Test" and shows your actual results. It is the best way to label.

How deep does the swab need to go? Can it be self administered if it is shallow?

@juliette Irene I don’t think it goes deeper than an inch. That’s why rapid tests were given out to students and at the LCBO in Ontario.

Have the swabs been sterilized in ethylene oxide? If so have safety studies been done for frequent use such as 3x's a week for a year or more?

@@byronhidalgo3729you shall find out on whether you get just the Control line, or you get both lines. If just the Control line reacts then the result is negative, or if both lines react, then the result is positive.
