My pathing is very intentional and I for sure had trial and error before getting it down. I have switched to an Arcane build without the frost shield and that was nerve racking at first, but it makes the kill phase much faster. 1:03 to 1:25 are the sketchiest parts. Once you get that part down the rest shouldn't be too bad. The pathing near the last pack of crocs can be weird with the fish there, but even if you get dismounted there you can recover the run. (especially if you have a LIP)

yo! Been watching both of your videos and i am a Gnome mage as well, my problems is that the crocs keep running towards me even after i jump up. Have you had these issues? Do i need to jump up at a specific spot or am i just really bad at jumping? Any clues would be really helpful since im looking into lvling a human mage instead....

I saw someone in LFG selling a 180 mob ZG Boost as duo mage, any idea on how someone would manage to kill 180 mobs?

I think he is talking about stratholme (in lfg addon it's sometimes shows as zg because some people like advertise "better then zg",.. ), in zg no way to get so much mobs, the most advanced pulls are 80-90 mobs, all other mobs (casters, throwers,...) not killable as mage.

@@artems9201 I'm certain he meant zg, regarding to how he does it I think the bulk of the mobs are mistresses and voodoo slaves, that whole area could be pulled with a few living bombs and a shadow reflection trinket to avoid the shadow bolts, as for the kill phase, 4 frozen orb + mc trinket + arcane power + Iceblock could do some work

@@subaruuuu1 I don’t know of a pull in ZG that’s quite 180. Even in separate pulls if you added tiger’s panthers, and undead I don’t think it would be 180. 2 mages could prolly accomplish a lot in a double Frozen Orb Ice Block tho.

The build i used here was a standard frost build with points in fire to get elemental mastery. I am using the Arcane raiding build now. only using 1 shield but the kill phase is lightning fast! wowsims.github.io/sod/mage/#

thanks for the guide I only had 60 % mount when I started doing this so I only did 3 packs till I could afford the 100% mount, now I do the full crocs route and its amazing

Never played SoD. Only played on Era servers. Can someone explain why people in SoD arent doing standard era way to pull crocs and arent using blizzard to kill them?

Because the mobs have anti boost mechanics, such as going way faster, immune to CC and blizzard requires you to sit still as they push you. It's easier to use 2x frozen orb with cold snap and just spam living bomb, that blows up in AoE and damages all crocs.

İts about camera.Befor you move in to water , click right buton of mouse and look to sky.

What Race are you playing? I here some Races are having a hard time making the jump (like NE's). That said, you can use items like Gift of Gob to change your hitbox/size. But i haven't tested that.

How do I avoid the crocs seperating in two packs? That's a death trap.. cannot make them into one pack after that.. happens alot

Usually they get slowed by the orb, so you let them get closer to you on the bridge and then jump on the cord. Also 2:47

Everytime i get up to the bridge the crocs have different speed so it always get scuffed.. do i have to run around more to get them at same speed?

After X time they do speed up. I have heard its 2 minutes, but to be honest i think it CAN happen before then. But it is pretty consistent. The reason I am not adding the panthers to this pull is because that adds enough time the some crocs get super speed when i get to the bridge and it just gets a bit messy. You can still cheese it pretty well when you're AT the bridge, but if they get speed before you might want to consider resetting to save the walk back. You know the reset spot by the tree?

Yes! Keep them close!. Notice how i wait on even the first 3 pulls. i try to have everything at about the same range. If they get too far from you they will reset.

Ooof. That’s gotta be horrible RNG. I just did a lockout today (5 runs in an hour) and I got 24 bijous. About the same as before

Doing this as priest now in SoD. UD female so I have to jump slightly strafed and angled to get up on the bridge ledge. Got a hang of it now doing 2-3 packs at the same time. Should take the full run soon.

Hi, which chest rune would you recommend for this? The extra crit from burnout seems nice but I'm not sure if it would cause mana issues or not. Thanks for the great video!

I've been running it with burnout. I usually don't have mana issues unless they break up being clumped. You can pop a gem early, and another might be ready at the end of the kill phase.

if you estimate and lowball Bijous at 5 per run. That's 375g per lockout. not including coins or BoE greens. also depends on the price of bijous. I calculated that at 15g per bijou. Bijou's were selling at 18-22g over the week. Coins is also great gold. Someone on Reddit said they are averaging 90g per run with these. I think that might be a little high, but depends on the market.

@@eriboseven7298 I would say it's avg 3-4 bijoes per run, when you get 5 it's good luck. I don't have exact statistics but it feels like it's more often 1-2 bijoes per run then 5-6. So avg amount is something like 3-4 but not 5.
