ever since vinod khanna awarded this award i started doubting the awards criteria mithuns award confirmed it. the award is given to outstanding contribution to indian cinema. according to me mithun, vinod, asha parekh were hardly recognised as actors

He highlighted the huge color bias in Bollywood...true even today. Our actors have to look white, the women try to be blonde even now. Huge insecurity around complexion even today in India.
