Also inform the customers that giga is demanding by forcely/robbing there customers by charging 1950000 rupees for possession of block 16.they will do same in next projects also, no one invest before asking them hidden charges which they implent on time of handover the property Adress, al ghurair giga resedencia near gold grest towers dha 2 islamabad We the clients submitted applications to them, that why u giga company is demanding charges for car parking, as it is mandatory thing in every high rise projects 10 lac for parking, 3 lac for electric sub meters they are not giving govt electric meters, 3 lac for gas meter, and gas is not availble in our country and already govt decided to not to give new connections for gas, 3 lacs for water sanitation pipes and 50000 for Ptcl , they are just liars nothing else, they ruin there customers, they are robbers tycoos of building projects, Giga company is liar, they will forcely demand the extra hidden charges, no one will invest in ur projects after u have done to block 16bowners,and swimming pool will charged per month separately also
