YES!!! I DO! i have the SAME exact issue! it doesnt vibrate for me tho when my light turns off after hitting the A button.... it just turns off, idk, i overclocked it and now it wont work but my older controller (literally the same controller) works still... idk its so frusterating anyone know how to fix it??

I have the hori split pads and they have a button combo that makes one button rapid fire, or you can map a button to the back button. Looks like you mapped the back button to something maybe.

I would assume that the rubber contact pads in the controller are dirty but seeing everything else, it might be time to change the controller. Cable is probably torn inside.

audio level changes are a bit odd, id suggest fading volume changes over time instead of snapping to a lower/higher music volume. also, you should use extracted dialogue instead of capturecard'd footage to make sure there's no music overlapping

Sometimes if you switch between accounts when using the game pass you have to reset your account as the “game pass account” or store account

Normally if this happens just press the start button over the app and go to where you can see what you have installed of destiny. Then you might have to download some more packs before it will work correctly. Also forsaken dlc and campaign is free till the Witch Queen drops. If that doesn’t work then you might want to delete and redownload it. It’s also sometimes you profile not being correctly signed in. Might just want to restart your Xbox. Hope everything works out.
