Seems like instead of send to example you might have the name of the customer and their email in the invoice for the macro to reference.

That is completely doable - you can copy the macro from the video and update it to do that using a simple Range("A1").Value type reference. It's difficult to explain everything so quickly, but we have a course on it on TeachExcel.com that explains all of that in more detail as well.

wow, so glad I found you. the tip to put the formulas in a cell first before putting in the conditional format screen is EXCELLENT! I've been stumbling along with conditional format for years but just 4 minutes in and I'm already understanding so much better.

Great presentation. I have made a fully automated stock market investment program in the same way. I have given instructions to the artificial intelligence in my native language, Finnish. I don't know how to code, but I have thought that I am an application developer and the artificial intelligence is a coder.

Many thanks. Very well explained and easy to implement. During the testing stage we handed to one of our partners and they had an Excel extension (Arixcel for tracking formulas) that literally gave them a back door to any cell reference in the password protected sheets. Back to the drawing board but thanks anyway.

Hi I did it but when I try to save update in source file there is an error that file is open and used. I need to close two files and open again source to do saving which is tedious. Is there a way to stop that error and save updates in source file? Thank you
