Madam I don't talk to my sister's. One is an Australian citizen. I don't like to give her details. Bcoz I don't know about her. Also she never allow me to marry and she is very evil. Then how can i do? Will they contact my sister? Will they check about her from Australian citizen record?. Please tell

We've never had anyone use the Academy who has had their visa refused. If your case is complex or high risk, this can be identified during the intro session and we would not be encouraging you to enrol with the Academy.

Technically yes - but you need to make sure you still meet the four pillars of evidence and have enough documentation.

hi there! you can use the Department's processing time tool on their website to get an indication of how long the 309 might take. Isn’t it pity, Australian citizens, (only some of them)categorise as high risk base on where partner is married… yet pay the same amount of taxes … fair go Australia… Lol

Thanks you for the information. My wife and I have submitted our 309 almost 11 months now. I'm from Ghana and I think I'm from high risk country. We Hava provide everything that will make the application smoothly, but we have no control about it.

where are you getting the 3 to 9 mths from? the gov website shows 50% at 14mths and 90% at 40mths...this is for 820 visa.

This forgotten form is driving me insane. How do you fill out section H when you are offshore with your partner and don't have a rental home set up yet but plan to as soon as you arrive? Do I mention where we will be staying in the additional information. But then I don't want to leave anything blank bc I know how the department works 😅 if I'm staying with my parents do I refer to that as our home and then mention in additional information that I'm referring to my parents home and also ask my father to mention this in his 888?

How do you fill out section H.. about your home. I'm the sponsor living offshore with my husband and I have been offshore for 15 years. We plan to move to Australia and stay with my parents just until we rent a house. Do I fill out section H referring to my parents home and then add in additional information and also ask my father to mention this in the form 888? If I don't have a home in Australia, but plan to rent one, should I also mention this

Now on the government website says that it takes 90% up to 34 months or something. It might take that long? I know all applicants are different but what is the average time your clients get approved for the partner visa 820?

The time-frames provided by the Department of Home Affairs are an average only and are impacted by a number of factors including the complexity of an application, whether it's decision ready and so much more! Currently, we are seeing 820 applications process within approx 6 months. Keep in mind these are also decision ready applications :)

But on the other hand, it should be ready right after you apply for 820 so that process might get clicker? Do you have any opinion on that? 😢
