that's ok! i am sooo happy for metric and for getting more attention!!! they deserve more! i am voting for them on every awards! i am happy to see that they get nominations! this band wrights its own music and have a very low promotion while some other 'artists' have huge promotion by popular producers but metric is the real talent! on the other hand i think is cool that they are not mainstream and they dont follow the same shit like others and have their own taste! emily once said this!

i love metric more than you can possible imagine... I don't listen too much to mtv and vh1.. I have my own taste in music, i search the kind of music I want to hear and I hear it ;) and Metric is my fav band out there!

I don't know if it will stick.. This work was my first try, and fortunately I get this good result. If you take acrylic paint, I'm sure you will have that kind of result. Size was 50cm (width) x 25cm (height).

Will the paint stick to the plastic or metal as well as wood though? Also now that I think of it, if I painted the wood before hand the new paint might melt it and smear or something. hmm, I might try a smaller version first.

I didn't have a lot of time to make this work so I took an old piece of wood.. Next time I will try on plastic or on metal

I want to make this but I think I would use something besides plain wood as the paint doesnt completely cover it
