Common sense, decency, civility, and morals are all gone. What a sick, perverted World we live in now.

Palm trees, one after another, all in a row. Most of the town changes but those trees are still there.

I remember shopping at the Sears circa 1989 and buying an Icee in he the basemet level. That same area now? You might as well be living in some Central American dystopian dump. I left L.A. in 2015-- Couldn't take the illegal alien hordes, the trash/graffit/gangbangers, crowding, gridlock, high taxes, homeless bums/crayzoids/fruits-nuts-flakes-freaks... all brought to you by DEMOCRATS and their communist policies.

Glad to see my Alma Mater looking good after all the years. My cousin went there in the 1950s and I in the late 1960s and early 1970s. HHS!

I love how drivers back in the 50s just made left turns barely yielding to oncoming traffic. I have seen other traffic videos from the same period and noticed the same habits.

This is some great footage.. I used to sell Chevrolets at Schonlaw Chevrolet in the early and mid 1980s, 7575 Sunset Blvd, 8:40 time stamp.. which was closer to the the original video time wise than it is to now.. Schonlaw Chevrolet is now long gone. How time flies.

I couldn't help but notice that there was a lot of parking on the side of the streets that seem to disappear in the 2020's, forcing people to park in parking lots.

Looks amazing….however, I had to stop it and rewind it on my own to go back a half block or to the intersection to find the matching buildings or other infrastructure to get a true ‘match’ on before vs after…most of the stops took place half a block past the listed intersection….
