In that case, you login an get an access token with the specific claims for App 1. When you want to login to App 2, you have the token for App1 as a cookie in your browser. This is handed over to the idp, so it detects that you have an active session and issues a specific accesstoken for App 2. How does the map your accesstoken from App1 and App2?

Hello there, i want to ask about what to do when the access token got expired. I created a Connect-REST using OAuth2.0 authentication profile to use the Azure AD Graph API. The system works fine after i click the Connect button in the first step of REST integration wizard (around ~15:00). But after a while then the token got expired and i got the "Could not aquire fresh access token" error message. What can i do to resolve this problem?

We just went through an upgrade from 8.8 to 24.1.1 and let me tell you, Pega needs to make clear of nuances from the upgrade. One thing that that didn't make sense was that our lower environments were cloned and in that clone we did the upgrade. However, when it came the time to upgrade our prod env, the process was different. An ephemeral instance was created which was not a clone of prod. So we were stuck importing our instances and configurations into the ephemeral.

This is one major drawback of pega as tool , business has to adhere to tool not vice versa . Even if tool adhere to business customization then issues during upgrade . These are basic things and you wont see these problem in other tools , never heard upgrade is pain in other tool. But still pega license is so costly
