I think you unzip where the mattress is elevated and detach (look at 27seconds on the video where he is attaching it) and put the mattress at the bottom

I bought one April 2023 and when the tether is connected I can’t use the 360 option. A little disappointed because that was the whole point of buying the seat. I’m in South Africa

Thank you, my twins' car seats were installed incorrectly, even after i enquired at the woodmead store for them to check they did not do it right as well. please offer training to the consultants. they said there is 1 expert installer in centurion.

Hi, As the Atlantis has a load leg, there is no need for the top tether to be connected on rearward facing. You may see the instructional manual on the product page for more information.

How do I get the straps to go tighter? It only goes tight so much when I pull. I can still get 4 fingers between the strap and his tummy. When he was still rear facing the straps was fine. But now that he is looking forward it doesnt go that tight. He is slim for his age. 32 months, about 12kg.

Awesome video explaining the pram. The buckle that clicks in is missing from my pram. Did not know until I tried to make the stroller position. Can one buy it from Chelino otherwise I cannot utilise my pram as a stroller. Your feedback will be greatly apprecited. Thanks.

Hi, So regarding the previous comment about the tether, do you just leave it off if you want to use the swivel function in the forward facing position. Just received my seat today and want to install in as soon as possible. Thanks in advance

Ok,so how exactly does the night light/music box work? There is no metal to conduct anything with the batteries? Also,why is it so famn hard to assemble,definitely nothing like the video? Any advise on the musicbox
