Hola busqué en google y confirmó lo que ya pensaba. Hacia 1900, 1880, 1890... Sin duda, Junghans hacía grandes relojes en aquella época y todavía funcionan perfectamente.

I am afrait that this clock is an imitation of a Frisian tailclock, made around 1960 and definitely not a Zaanse clock. An original Frisian clock has one big weight for both the bell and time. This clock has a Westminster chime, which is never found on an original Frisian tailclock. Frisian clocks are fully handmade in the 19th century by several craftsmen.

OMG - Thank you - that is so simple. I know my clock has a clutch that lets me adjust the beat, but I didn't know it was so much simpler the way you show this adjustment. Amazing - and subscribed 😁

Thank you for your helpful tutorial emillius ami. I am still experiencing problems - because the surface that I'm placing my clock - is not level. When I attempt to adjust the ancre - with the clock's rear facing me - it successfully goes into beat. But when I turn the clock around, the clock stops - & it wont go into beat - no matter what I try. I have placed cardboard or coins under the clock base - on one side or the other - but to no avail. I guess that I will have to attempt to level the surface - with the use of a spirit level ? Best Regards.

I have almost the same clock, however I have something not original. The pendulum connection on top of the clock case it is next to the bell on front, How is that done with your clock? is it a pendulem spring or a U vorm pin bent on the top of case clock?. thanks for help.

Hello ,sorry for the late respons... There is no spring on top ..the pendulum hangs on the anchor which comes just a little outside on the bottom in front of the clockcase. The pendulum has a very small hook on top wich must be connected with the anchor ... on top of the anchor there is no spring..just connected to the top ,but they must be able to swing freely.......sometimes (the older ones) they hang on a piece of thread

@@emilliusami Oke, I have not tell you how old it is, this clock comes from 1830 to 1860, it has a verge escapement. Only the bell is quite loud si need to do something about that,
