A.I. doesn't know anything about reality; it only knows the human meme-scape. Girl on hillside looking out at the sea: that's a sentimental meme. Looking through the blinds at horizontal strips of the world outside: that's a sentimental meme. Both have been used by human artists. So A.I. layered them on top of each other. At least I think that's part of what's going on here. It compiled a table of image-patterns that function as buttons for a particular area of human sentiment, and tossed them together like a in layer and sequence, like a salad. And it works! It works miraculously. What strange creatures we discover ourselves to be, once we have a mirror.

You are correct in thinking it is informed imagery based on films though, as everything we create is an absorption of what we have experienced and seen. i think, internally, the worst thing i can tell people now is I'm 30 xD but really, s'not so bad. i didn't even have to tell my parents and they gave me cake and presents lol another nice vid :) loved the piano that comes in after the ambience. also LOTR
