Beautiful. Where did you take this video? How did you take the video while driving?

It is near Navesink river road in Middletown. I used a GoPro camera mounted on the windshield.

Wow! the tail is really red. Which video editing tool that you use?
@csyang12342 жыл бұрын
Just Apple’s iMovie. But I did not add to the color. It was really the sun shone on the tail to bring out the bright red.

Thank you so much for capturng the nature's magnificent wonder of monarch butterflies! With all the hard work done by experts, conversationists and community scientists in western regions, I also hold the hope that the number of monarch butterflies could recover to reach 1 million soon. How I wish there will be more stop over/habitat sites for monarch in IL to support the conservation effort for eastern region's monarch. Thank you wholeheartedly for sharing with us the videos. It's spirit lifting to see many monarch butterflies!

Amazing capture! That looks like a big (do you know what kind?) fish caught and presumably made lunch by the hungry heron! It seemed like the prey was putting up a good struggle, but in the end the bird triumphed and was able to gulp it down entirely okay? In the end it appeared the desperate fish was fighting to escape! I wonder, does the sizable fish stand any chance of escaping or even damaging (that wriggling, fins, biting, etc.) the bird's throat/stomach if eaten in that condition?! I would imagine the fish would be scrambling to turn around in the bird's elastic gullet??
