You were apparently on the Ganges ,and in Bengal in general, during Ashvina but no mention of the Hindu festival of Durga Puja, although we seemingly got glimpses of it. This is a key, annual, celebration, especially in Bengal, for the Hindu community.

I think it is not in the culture of India that we get men to tie their sarees for women. Please cruise company employ a woman to that and certain other things.

One of my best friends just died because he wasn't able to pay for his heart medication because it wasn't on his insurance's approved medications. If we had single payer, that would not have happened. I despise insurance companies because they are for profit and not for the person.

Single payer system is the most cost effective.In some of the European countries you pick up the phone and doctor is in your house in 10 min. You can see any doctor you want to.Everyone talking of choice and freedom will get it not for yourself but insurance companies company and big corporations.you don't even know what is in your food because big company are telling you that labeling food is not good for you. That's how the freedom and choice work for you.

The agenda has effectively been acheived to hamstring private healthcare by ballooning costs and legally disallowing doctors from deciding for themselves what they will charge depending on ability to pay or whatever other basis they see fit. The purpose is to push us into government healthcare. Notice that the limitations which are narrated here as being imposed by insurers are PRECISELY the same as those imposed by government run healthcare. It's rigged.

I'm Canadian telling you this "Onecare" model is utterly wrong. Just a few points neglected (Frasier Institue:California Dreaming report). Quality care will surely and steadily disappear, Costs will not "go down" since California will increase taxes elsewhere. California is dreaming (for a free lunch) that will kill. Canada is going bankrupt due to its major cost: Government run healthcare - and we are good at it. Gov't regulations run up other costs like insurance. Reject gov't run healthcare.

Regarding the first situation in the video: I'm rather sure what the hospital did is illegal. If the insurance doesn't cover their costs, they should be billing the federal government. Likewise, anyone in an emergency room that has no insurance has to be treated by law, but it comes out of taxpayer money.

Americans must do more to achieve such change see End Crony Capitalism. Every movement for great change must organize and focus: 1) Legislation to begin the change. 2) Nationwide congressional election campaign efforts to oust the incumbents who oppose the Legislation.

@kentucksoldiersson Take your own advice before you dish it out. Not every country has a Government Run Healthcare System where the Public Sector owns the hospitals and the Health Insurance. Which is my whole point and I could lay those countries out for you if you want. A lot of countries have Public- Private Healthcare Systems.

I look forward to the passage of SB 810, when everybody will have freedom of choice in health care, meaning everybody will be able to choose which doctor to go to instead of being limited to the ones their insurance company deals with. I have the just about the best coverage there is at Kaiser but with SB 810 I would have dental coverage as well, which I don't have now. This will be a win for everybody except insurance company executives.

@sarsanch Freedom of Choice, goes without saying a simple concept. The Freedom to Choose a popular value in a Liberal Democracy like America. I realize its not a popular concept with socialists. And perhaps thats why your having trouble grasping it. Are you high, you really think I would release my Insurance Records as a Private Citizen on KZbin? With the Affordable Care Act, the insurance abuses your talking about will become illegal.
@sarsanch
@sarsanch 13 жыл бұрын
@FRSFreeStateES Well you should be more specific on Freedom of Choice and how much do you pay to your Health Insurance because if you have the money then you can afford anything, any health plan but be careful if you ever need their services they might exclude you from having it and they will tell you that they don't know you as a member and never hear about you! and if you are not a member of a Union you'll need a Lawyer.

@sarsanch LOL thanks for the laugh, uh yeah I do have Freedom of Choice with my Health Care right now like a lot of other americans. What's Freedom of Choice, well Freedom of Choice. You answered your own question. The ability for one to decide for themselves where they get their services and from whom. Instead of government deciding for them.

There's so much misinformtation when it comes to single-payer healthcare. One heard the most is people don't want a bureaucrat between them and their doctor, problem is there already is one from the private companies. They demand a copay just to regularly see our doctors. They tell us we can't have preventative care in order to become healthier. Many more decisions are handled by them instead of us. We need to fix this now, and empower CA residents to get true healthcare. Single-Payer for CA!

@jazziackeys My point here was that she is a gov't employee and based on that fact, you would think she would be covered. Do you know which insurance company has the highest denial rate by percentage? It's medicare. That's a trick question.
