Where did you learn to play the drums ?) I am searching a course or method but I just end confused in wich path I need to follow.
@Tambolero325 ай бұрын
Thanks for the message, I did learn at home, started w my dad's band first then looked into improving, went to Cuba and ask a local musician what is salsa, etc and from there I've practice on my free time and try to improve. It depends on what style and what you aiming for?
@yaelromero44495 ай бұрын
Right now I am aiming for Latin rhythms, I've been watching your videos (la rebelión's cover is awesome) and the whiplash movie got me, so I want to master almost every genre to play on the drums. Thanks for your reply, and for your videos, they're a great inspiration:))

I just subscribed to you, bro. Not only does your drum kit sound like smooth butter, but the discipline in your fills just makes it all the more refined and professional. A lot of modern musicians nowadays on KZbin or Instagram seem to forget that 2 mins of nonstop chops is overkill -> Know when to add embellishments at the right time. And that is exactly what you've displayed. Awesome playing, man! ^^

Thanks very much for your kind and positive comments, and subscribing to my channel. It means a lot to me. I am still learning Latin music, I hopefully to get to the next level eventually. Thanks again and happy new year!

@abrahanlopez sabes que fuiste el primer pelmaso que salió a la luz? mantente en la oscuridad por favor, o es de ver cómo lo haces? La clave es una base rítmica y el que la domina se da el lujo de hacer los drums fills que quiera.

Awesome playing, but I have to ask what the deal is with the kick setup? You’re using the slave pedal of a double kick as the primary? Why?
