Bro, here is why I am ETH-in: 1. 2 years is WAY TOO SHORT to expect ANY manager to meet the standards expected of Manchester United, especially considering the fact that ETH inherited a Frakenstein's Monster of a squad filled with players from managers of wildy different tactics and philosophies. 2. The structure, or lack-of, behind-the-scenes. I mean OGS had revealed that he wasn't informed that Man Utd were going to sign Ronaldo. Imagine, your club signs a player like Ronaldo and the manager/head coach is not made aware of it. This just shows how broken the club is from the inside. That is why our summer targets are people like Dan Ashworth, and not players. We need to get the structure right. 3. The sheer number of injuries. I mean literal months have passed since we last played with a proper Left-Back, never mind key players like Martinez. We have had +30 different team combinations due to injuries. 4. I do admit that ETH's tactics have, many times, baffled and frustrated the fans, but what can he do exactly ? Mainoo and Fernandes are the only dependable and functional midfielders. Casemiro looks and moves like an old man, Eriksen doesn't have the engine to play more than 45 mins, Scott has no positional, situational and tactical awareness and Amrabat plays like a headless chicken most of the times. I mean, it is CLEARLY evident by how Amrabat and Scott (especially Scott) are so eager to let go of the ball like it a piece of burning coal, that these two don't possess the head to help in build up. Also it is clear that ETH wants to give different players a chance, as evident by the fact that Mainoo has broken in so quickly in the first team, but doesn't seem like he has much choice except for Fernandes and Mainoo. 5. Pellistri was getting bodied into losing the ball many times. Pellistri doesn't have the skill to compensate for his lack of physique, and no physique to compensate for "not-quite-at-the-needed-level" of skill. A loan is good for him as it will allow his first team football and help develop him. 6. If we sack ETH, it will just reinforce the image of Man Utd as a graveyard of footballing talent, both managerial and player's. 7. it is not like Man Utd is spoilt for world-class managers. ETH is best one for the current scenario. Especially considering that Man Utd looks cursed and no manager with a brain will want to touch us if we sack another manager so fast.

I feel like we didnt have these questions about ETH last season because he showed results immediately! Nobody questioned him leaving because he worked with what he had and he did excellent (for the most part). Obviously players upped their game with his arrival. Now it looks as though ten hag is actually teaching new tactica and fighting media, injuries, ownership, rumors, and disobedient players. I feel that if we allow ETH to cook and implement his tactics that we will produce LONG TERM RESULTS!!! We keep insisting on new managers because we want the win NOW, NOW, NOW. We got new managers, we got new players look where it got you!?! Stop looking at the now, now now and lets focus on long term, lets focus on 5 years. Lets take unnecessary pressure and take it off the managers ahoulders and place it on to the lack of structure this team has had for yeeeears.
