bytheway, I landed at Delhi Airport and looking for a pre paid SIM, I could not have one. The staff at Airtel told me to wait till 8.30 AM to get it as there is a technical issue there. I never expected this in India. but, look and behold, anyone foreigner can have a sim within a minute in Sri lanka after arrival. India is a large country but....I was quite disappointed for not having one during my 5 day visit. I used my Dialog connection with roaming.
