Thank you so much for this. Finally, I and my buddies can use this for our workouts. (More pain = more muscle gain in those body regions). Just have to record more data from the weight scale for higher accuracy. Going to use this for medical reasons as well for older folks. Can reveal patterns maybe. Method 'Range; of object'_Global' failed. Was just wondering if you could please help with this.
