This is a modified version of Dark Deeds. It is not simply just Dark Deeds. It has an intro and and different overlays during the choir which aren't present in either the Ep 3 soundtrack or film version of Dark Deeds.

I just finished rewatching episode 3 and the voices at 0:12 are the same track that plays as Obi-Wan and Yoda discover the dead younglings and find that it was Anakin who did it.

Yes, it's the theme for Vader in Jedi: Fallen Order. BUT, the original soundtrack was from Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith! The track is called "Anakin's Dark Deeds" by John Williams! Hope that clears up some of the confusion that I'm seeing in the comments ✌🏼
