@@PureKneadMassageI'm pretty sure this comment was from a man with a foot fetish, but maybe I'm just jaded from being in this world for too long.

That's fantastic to hear! Integrating massage techniques into chiropractic care can offer comprehensive relief and support for patients. It's wonderful to see how effective and adaptable these methods can be across different modalities. Keep up the great work!

As a Massage Therapy Instructor who has taught Hot Stone Massage and practicing Massage Therapist since 2004, the first problem I see is that the sheet and blanket are not folded back far enough. We are to never to go under the covers as that is considered an invasion of the clients body and can make them uncomfortable. I do give Lani points for stating that you work on either side of the spine, which is correct. You Never place Hot Stones on the spine (like they always show in the pictures) as it can affect the brain by over heating the cerebrospinal fluid. Please do not put rocks you have already used back in the hot water (which should be between 110-130 degrees - NO HIGHER) as the oils make everything hard to clean later and causes contamination. Make sure you have several rocks that you can pull out and use should they cool down too much. Afterwards stones should be scrubbed with dishwashing soap and a brush to completely clean all the oil residue off.
