very high density project. rates are comparable to godrej natureplus sohna road gurgaon. construction quality is average. unrealistic rates in greater noida west. Itna IT ka boom nahi hai jitna real estate wale bata rahe. beware buyers!!

There will be no growth in Real estate for coming 7-8 years, Buying a flat at a price of 20000/sqft is a foolish investment idea in gurgaon. Exit with profit will be impossible. This is India, Everybody is not going to become millionaire anytime soon. this is a bubble it will burst for sure.

This ia a inflated boom it will crash by the end of the year 2024 and start of 2025.. Job layoff is high and NRI investment will stop because of uncertainty with their jobs ect.. Also Home loan intrest rates are too high more than the Inflation rate of GDP and this make it difficult for middle and upper middle class to take a risk with this job and business enviorment ...By 2025 correction will come and will be bad.

Hardly 10-20k new apartments become ready for possession every year in any major city in India. Population of each these cities is 1-2cr. So only .01% buyers are required to consume the new flats. In short, just the super rich are enough. middle class are not required from builder perspective
