Thank you so much for posting this video. My wife is about to start her 4 rounds of taxol, and I was hoping you could answer a couple questions for me. First, did you cool the cold packs in regular ice or dry ice? Second, how long would you say the packs stay effectively cold? (My wife's taxol infusions will be 4 hours long, so I'm assuming I'll have to do a few swaps). Thanks again for being an everyday hero and posting this helpful and much needed content! Best of luck!

You are so welcome James. Here are the answers to your questions: - We froze the CryoMAX packs in the freezer. I think dry ice might be too cold to be tolerable. Compared to what we first experimented, CryoMAX was just right. - After 90 minutes of treatment, the CyroMax packs were still frozen and there was still plenty of ice in the old school ice bags. My guess is that you would need to swap once and maybe twice for a 4 hour treatment. Given the length of your wife's infusion, swap time would also be a good time for a restroom break. We found the CryoMAX, which we purchased on Amazon, to be uniquely remarkable technology. We bought 2 medium size for the bottom of her feet and 4 small size for tops of feet and bottom of hands. YES, De La has the best goalkeeper in the bay area and beyond. Just remember it takes a complete team to win. And again FIVE IN A ROW......... CONGRATS SPARTANS.
