Love this vlog, the eggs definitely the cheapest on the market right now, Lyons saying things, I bought the hot chocolate in the purple pack and it is nice, don't sleep on massy sales some of the items are cheeper than Xtra foods so look out for the deals.

Something to note with Better Deal some prices on the bill are b4 vat prices. The vat is added to the end so watching the price on the bill to compare to xtra foods is tough. I live close to better deal but I go for deals yet prefer xtra foods also.

Last month I got a better deal at West Bees (sorry xtra foods 😅) but this month it was inconvenient to go there so it was back to xtra foods. Girl you just have to see what is best for you in that moment.

Prices Supermarket in El Dorado is very very affordable. Give them a try. Also, Persad's in Curepe (next to courts)
