That's the only source. There aren't any primary sources for that. Also, he says we believe everything we heard about Alexander even though the surviving sources were all written 200+ years after he lived. That isn't true. Firstly, most of those sources cite other writings from Alexander's time, which have been lost. More importantly, literally any historian will tell you to take the stories of Alexander with a large grain of salt for the reasons already mentioned. It's a simple fact that we have practically no primary sources for Jesus of Nazareth from the Romans or anyone else. I think Josephus is the closest we have.
