For your peace of mind,stay away from this bike,customer service is the poorest of the poor. I bought one through Amazon,it arrived defective,I got in touch with Amazon,Amazon transferred me to the buyer,buyer promised to send me a replacement part,it’s been over a month now I’m still waiting for the replacement part,to cap it all,this company won’t respond to my messages again. Crazy!!

Don’t buy a Vivi bike. I bought a Vivi bike about a year ago, and I’ve put less than a hundred miles on it. During those few miles, the left crank arm has come off THREE times. A month ago I replace the bottom bracket, and today the left crank arm came off again. This bike is a serious accident waiting to happen. I tried to contact Vivi customer support, and got a message from Amazon saying “The seller associated with your order or inquiry has left the Amazon store or is no longer able to receive any further email communications.”. Don’t buy a Vivi bike!

Wonder how it ve to stand up and pedal pit it in a hard gear try and ret a workout. Seems like it might be a fun little adventure bike, 80 pounds of stability . Ever try t1st, that or this. Think i want a torque sensor though

I think the place where this bike would really shine is as a going-to-the grocery-store type of bike. The frame is incredibly strong. No doubt you could load it down with tons of cargo. The smaller wheels means that the rack is lower which gives it a lower center-of-gravity. More stability. Also it has a more upright seating position which is comfortable and better for city riding. All that being said, I actually just use it to cruise the trails and bike paths and it does just fine there too. I would say that, IMO, a more traditional style of bike would be better for someone looking for a workout/exercise although this type of bike (the traditional) does not do well for carrying cargo at all.

bought this bike, it’s terrible. seat is uncomfortable, i constantly have to tighten things, and the breaks feel cheap. advertised as 32mph top speed when i bought it and is now 28mph. the bike says i am going anywhere from 33-37 when i am really going nothing more than 25 mph. speedometer is incorrect and bike is slower than advertised. don’t buy ⚠️

What they also need to do is provide a very loud bike alarm for these electric e-bikes different kinds of electric e-bikes that would be cool and one more thing maybe some turn signals on electric e-bikes just as well left and right turn signals

It was my first ebike. The thing is a tank! I rode it through rain snow sleet. The seat sucked so it got replaced. The battery is not Removable but it can be pulled out to be replaced. It's a great bike for basic flat roads . It will not go up steep hills at all. But for the money you can't beat it!
