You can reset. Please press and hold the reset button on the side of the device. It will be reset. After that you can login with default credentials as on the device label. Thanks have a nice day 😊.

@@obukegeorge3949 Alright, please remove the back cover of the device, don't remove the battery. You can see the reset button of the device. Please turn on the device and press the reset button 3-5 seconds. It will be reset.

In Default it has 3pin battery port to connect. If we connect it will work. But the service providers. They do not include battery in the box. Also tozed design for this to use direct ac 2 dc adapter. In nowadays. ( This type mobitel router).

Charging time 1-2 hours ( depends on charger. Battery backup time 6 - 8 Hours.

You have to plug this device into USB to get charged. If it is a fully charged device , the device does not get turned off automatically.

Prolink, and also it's branded product. Mobilink working time- 5-7 hours Prolink working time 10 - 11 Hours.
