I don't have a CAC. Am retiree. I get to where it asks me to put in last 8 digits of my credit card and it says verification failed. I've tried a 3 of my credit cards. I've waited months and tried again with same results. I went to the DOD ID office per the 16 pages of instructions that pops up when my verification fails and they said they don't do remote verification as it says in the instructions that they do. I'm at a total loss.

I have tried to logon and create an account. I don't know why they need credit card numbers. I can understand driver's license for reference but not a credit card. The numbers on my ID card are so small I can't see them. It's possible that I entered them incorrectly twice. So, I could not get through. I tried 3 times to register and couldn't get through. I don't know what else to do other than go to the hospital and get help. This is not a good system/program.
