Nice, concise instructions made this a simple task. Regarding o-rings, I picked up a couple at my local hardware store. I just took the o-ring I removed from the water tank and matched it up there.

Thanks a lot posting this video, help me a lot. I started removing back panel, and the left one slide easily, I thougth it is piece of cake..... I got stuck trying to disassembling the rigth panel, I tried plying and forcing, as a result I got 2 tabs broken. At this point I realized, somebody has posted some video explaining how disassembling, so bingo!! I found your great and usefull video.

Hi, could you possibly tell me wether there its more likely that the thermal fuse has blown on my pump than the pump itself?? 🤔 I've checked the fuse with a multimeter and not getting any reading or beeps but at same time I'm not getting any on the pump either so would it be just the fuse or possibly both? 🤔

No water flow out from this machine i have tried cleaning nozzle and everything. But no water flows out . Pls note that there is no sound of pump turning ON

You have to connect the 12V camera line from the head unit to the positive lead on the camera - then the can bus triggering will work. No need to connect through the reversing light.

There is a spare part left. who knows where it should be put？a simple plastic black part about 50mm.

is in the coffeemaker a fuse?

i have a maestria and it is leaking but also not puncturing the capsules. if running the machine with no capsule some water comes out through the spout and some drips into the capsule chamber. With a capsule it all goes to the capsule chamber (barely nothing comes out of the spout), it even leaks from the top where the capsule goes, and then when i reopen the capsule holder more water falls down that had stayed in there. I have tried disassembling it to clean the plate, the spout... but nothing seems to be working :( (i dont think there is a big o-ring on this brewing unit, or at least it is not accessible) Do you know what else it could be,, im so desperate to fix this machine

I did all of your steps and in the final, when I start it up , the grinding time is shorter and the Coffee is weaker, do you know how I can adjust the grinding time?

Do you have a video on how to remove the pump and heater from this machine as I can't figure out how to get them out 😔 do you need to take the whole plastic apart on the swan neck aswell to get access to take them out as I can't see how to remove them from just taking the base off! If you could do a full tear down of this machine it would be a great help, that's if you still have it to work on? 🤔

I had a similar problem but not exactly the same. The machine would blink six times pause and then blink six times and pause continuously. Held down both buttons, no help. Called Nespresso and they had me do a factory reset which was no help. they had me try some numerous things but nothing helped. Being that it was past warranted I figured I'd give it a shot and take it apart. I used Adrian's instructions on how to take it apart. (thanks Adrian) What I found was the circuit board had a cable that had three wires going to it, the middle wire was pushed out of its connector, you could push the wire back into connector but it would come out again if you pulled on it. vibration on the machine could cause the wire to come out again. so if you look carefully there's a tab on the end of The Wire that needs to be bent out so the wire stays in place. Hopefully this helps out anybody who has this problem.

I noticed the small silicone rim already on the original nespresso capsules 🤔 It would be interesting to know if someone could use a tiny flat silicone o-ring or a silicone rubber ring and simply put it on the alternative capsules.. I mean in a way that the ring can be pulled off and re-used? Maybe theres a way but I couldn't find such mall gasket rings online so far. Maybe its worth to try this option 👍

Now years later I wondered if the brewing chamber maybe got a crack but it seems like the punching plate and area where the holes are, is the problem now 😉😊 Keep up the good work! Cheers George
