Running something as this character in a group that has no idea what it is, nor any reference(s) to the style in general can be a hoot or a disaster, especially if there many rules lawyers in the group. I tried it with my monk, but the DM did not know anything aside from the rule book. So anything I tried was shut down. Players and DM = Inside of the small box Me = Uses the blood as a Defensive weapon and then a offensive weapon then sits on the box after the fight.

I have a player playing these, at times she feels like an agent of choas. "I stealth up the wall and hang upside down on the cealing..." the fight starts. "Ok I freefall off the cealing thanks to my slippers of spider climbing. *proceeds to make a check.* lands on the ice giants shoulders, maintains balance and starts punching and kicking them until they fall down. She's pulled this kind of move many times, she can also fly once per day, so she chases after people, avoids disaster and frustrates whoever she fights.

I had to re read this a couple times, and as you mentioned the Spider climb boots (good call), but there would be checks, because spiders have a nearly hard to impossible time to climb extremely slick surfaces, and or their feet to get some form of frostbite or something (depending on realism of the gamemaster of course). But aside of that, your friend could have made the frost giant hit himself as your friend taunts it upon burns in it's shoulder (which would be funny). All in all sounds fun

@kevynhansyn2902 they have made them hit their pals. I'm the dm, I figure for the most part the slippers stick to all but the most trecherous terrain.
