Thanks for the accurate critique. I do agree, but I also got tilted from lag or something still not sure what issue I had. I was hard focusing mechanics and battles getting annoyed that buttons did not work when maybe I just did not have the stats to make up for anything anymore. 🐐

Barrier does in fact stack with other types of shielding! You can stack shields and have shields over your max health if you have the right composition! Heal and barrier are both really good summoner spells, but for different reasons. The main reason you'd pick barrier (which shields ~100 to ~400 based on level) is it's cooldown! Barrier has the lowest cooldown among summoner spells, tied with Ignite. Its main use case is when you are a low health champion facing a high burst champion (like mage vs assassin mid), in those cases you can use barrier to help counter the assassin's engage, maybe trading it for a flash or even staying alive once or twice. Heal, on the other hand, has an entire minute of cooldown over Barrier (and heals ~80 to ~300), so it's not the best at stopping burst champions. The cool parts about heal are the +30% move speed for a bit and the fact that it hits you and a nearby champion. So the main use for heal is in the bot lane, as an adc or support, to help escape from difficult fights with the additional move speed or to win fights with the 2-person heal. It's really good down there. In the top lane, most champions pick one from teleport or ignite. Teleport being useful to go back to lane if you have to recall to buy items or are on low HP, or to help your team on the other side of the map if there is a fight near dragon or something like that. Ignite is the best offensive spell for most champions, since it deals true damage, reduces healing and has a really small cooldown. For instance, picking ignite vs warwick top makes warwick really easy to kill early game! Sometimes you will also see ghost + flash in champions like Darius or K'sante, since they gain a lot from the extra mobility, or Exhaust, which is great if the enemy team has a champion that just melee wails on your team like Master Yi. There's a lot of options when it comes to summoner spells, but Flash + TP/Ignite are the most common outside of bot lane. I hope it helped in any way, and shoot me any questions you may have~
