OMG!! You should taste homemade Pfefferneus cookies. They are a German cookie and I grew up eating them every holiday. I’ve been guilting my mom into making them for me and mailing them to me for the last 30 years! ❤❤

Totally with you on wanting to go Office Space on my old Cricut. I switched to a Silhouette last year and it's SO much better. Love the tumblers!

Glad you like my tumblers! I’m leaning towards getting a Silhouette. I rarely hear people complain about their Silhouette. I wanted the Maker so I could cut many different materials. If I can’t cut the basics, though, the extra doesn’t matter much!

What was the replacement bird printed on that you had to waterproof it with the laminate? And did you cut it with your circuit and at what settings? Thank you

Great questions! I printed on HTV Ront glossy white printable sticker paper. The ink would probably be ok and not run under the resin. I’m paranoid though, so I like to seal it. I usually use matte clear spray paint (a few coats), but it was dark outside, so I used a clear laminating sheet. I did cut it with my Cricut. I used the “printable waterproof sticker set - transparent” setting and I bumped up the cutting pressure to 325. Beautiful tumbler! Fall/winter is my favorite time of year but I live in a coastal area (Texas coast for 10 years now). So we don’t really have a fall/winter. I miss seasons

Question, have you tried using UV resin to coat the tumbler besides using it for glitter application? If so, did it work well? I’m curious if it would be a big time saver or just not worth it. Love the tumbler btw, love True Crime!

@@TwinFlameTreasures I’m so glad you like it! 💖 UV resin doesn’t do well as a coating on tumblers, unfortunately. It’s not as durable as two part epoxy resin, and (ironically) it’s more prone to yellowing with sun exposure. It also tends not to be as smooth and glossy as two part. I wish it worked, though, because it would be so much faster!
