The cutscenes are significantly better than the Sparking Zero slideshows. Plus, it seems you've overlooked that this game comes from a studio primarily recognized for niche titles like Senran Kagura and Neptunia. Cut them some slack; this is likely their first major project of this scale. If there's blame to be assigned, it should go to Bandai for not providing a larger budget or for not selecting a more capable studio for the job. As a Bleach fan, I've been eagerly awaiting a new game since Bleach Soul Resurrección, and I'm just thankful to finally have something fresh, aside from the mobile game Bleach Brave Souls that I've been playing.

@@TsukiMo0n yes they are not only better than Sparking Zero, but also better than most anime video games as a whole considering they are covering over 300 chapters of materials and it looks this good! I’m not saying that story mode is bad in any way. My disappointment stems from me expecting this to surpass the original anime from 2004 (which is entirely my fault). As a Bleach fan, I’m still very much looking forward to this game purely for the combat system and playing my favourite characters online and in tournaments!

Too soon to say but I still have hope that the story mode could be a replacement for the anime. I feel like this wasn't showing everything like when they made it possible to evolve super fast in the playable demo. The story mode will probably be much more indepth than what they showed in this one. That's my hope but we'll see 😮💨

It seems fine, about wat I expected kinda weird they showed the ghost girl but not his sisters,also, u have to consider how much they have to cover in this game. I wouldn't say this game is made by a small team....but not exactly a big one ethier...especially compared to wat Demon slayer had to cover, which was like 1 season....and a movie...

Yes I totally agree, considering how much they are covering and how LONG the story will be, this is better than your average anime video game adaptation.

Hey guys! I just want to clarify that the story mode is actually good! Especially in comparison with other anime video games, I can see all the efforts the devs put into this. They are covering over 300 chapters over material which is crazy and it looks this good! My disappointment stems from unrealistic expectations that I had for the story mode being a possible replacement for the original anime from 2004. It’s totally my fault. The Story mode was never the main reason why I wanted this game. I’m still very much looking forward of playing Rebirth of Souls because of the amazing combat system. I want to play this game in online Ranked and in tournaments. That’s where the main fun comes for me! Can’t wait to get my hands on this!

@@hollowman7168 In terms of individual opinions, I agree. It doesn’t matter. However, for someone like me who is part of the FGC, I want to see this game in high profile tournaments (EVO, Genesis, etc.) and gets supported as an actual Esport. That’s the only reason.

@@shisha-games While to me Arena Fighters feel like i'm actively doing something: dodging attacks, timing my attacks and they just feel very active, many Games like MK or Tekken don't really have anything going for them and seem very slow and boring to me and outside of a few combos there's nothing you can really do differently in those games.

@crackedblack1410 Ok, I cannot speak for MK because I don’t like the feel of those games. Tekken however is pretty advanced in terms of how you move around the game especially at high level and utilizing advanced movement techniques (Korean back dash). Fighting games are more than just doing combos. If you look up any high level tournament tekken matches, pay attention to the way they move and I promise you won’t be disappointed.😊

It's funny how this is the first game of your series that I've actually played Looking at this footage yeah it really wasn't the best we could've gotten. Tho tbf to it, that stupid rock-paper-scissors bullshit was actually a lot easier back in its original state as a Wii game bc you could actually do all three of them instead of the one you were stuck doing.

I definitely would have a slightly less frustrating experience…but not by much considering everything else that this game does lol. I remember seeing this game back in the day in game stores and wanting to buy it. There is a timeline where I would be enjoying Shattered Blade lol.

ehhhh, when it comes to games like this, a good sizable roster is good. Bleach does have too many characters for a fighting game, but this current roster count is actually bad. Always look at the success of tekken games and mkx and mk9. I would have all the gotei captains and their lieutenants. Add a patch or expansion of vizords, season 2 should be fullbringers or espads, or even the season 3 with some sternritter. But never should a game have a small roster because it would create more of an off balance than be balanced. But bandai is making it, so I wont be too happy for it because of the battle pass bs in tekken 8

@@The_Cholosseum True, there is a point I forgot to mention. I would say that having a large roster isn’t bad. However when I game gets released, it’s better for the roster to start small so that every character is carefully crafted. When the roster does become big eventually through DLC, some of the base roster won’t suffer when it comes to originality in design. Sparking Zero being a good example of quantity over quality. You can play 90% of the characters similarly vs something like Guilty Gear Strive or Rebirth of Souls where every character will require individual time to understand how to play them. Bleach has a large cast but I personally prefer them to create unique individual mechanics for each character than forcefully shove a 60 character roster that play similarly in the beginning just to meet fan demand.

He’s actually one of my favourite captains. Though I think Orihime is the one that needs immediate attention considering she’s part of the main cast!

The skins I want for aizen are his lieutenant outfit and his soul society outfit with the glasses. For gin I want his lieutenant outfit. For rangiku i her Halloween outfit and her swimsuit outfit. Glad you asked! This game is an axis type fighting game where each player has 9 stocks (konpaku) as lives. Your goal is to lower the health bar (reishi gauge) to destroy all 9 konpakus of your opponent’s to win. During your fight, you will obtain an Evolution that helps you become stronger during battles. Evolution is different from one character to another but universally, it allows you to destroy multiple konpakus from one strike. This game has all the mechanics that you’d expect from this genre (attack, block, grab, specials) and more! (Dash cancels, side-steps, combo extenders, defense burst, perfect dodge, etc.) I’m super excited for this game because it is shaping up to be one of the most unique fighting games in the anime arena style genre by making competitive and engaging mechanics that will make it last long. I can’t wait!

Well his shikai name is Sakanade and in the trailer, we have spiritual pressure move 2 that is named Sakanade. So his shikai ability is a basically a special command grab with special properties.👍🏽

This is a minor thing, but I kinda love how Rukia plants her foot on the ground for Soren Sokatsui. I feel like a lot of thought went into making these attacks feel cinematic. It’s little touches like that which really add to the experience. Also on a rewatch, Yoruichi is going to be a PROBLEM. She was literally sidestepping everything Toshiro threw at her.

@@iReiGNxx I noticed! I also love Gin’s running animation. It’s exactly the same as when he fought against Toshiro by putting his head and leaning towards the opponent. They are really going all out with this game in every factor! As for Yoruichi, that’s gonna be my main! So catch me sidestepping everywhere lol!

@@shisha-gamesIt’s based on your state when you activate Reverse. Zangetsu appears in base and White mask appears in Bankai, just like in canon. Both give you bonus stats in the Reverse as a unique trait of this Ichigo.
